Finally get things done.
Not reading another book.

A weekly check-in with a human coach, so the things you start actually stick.

Getting fit, performing at work, making friends: whatever your goal is, most people start strong and stop. The usual cause is no structure and no one watching. We provide both. You know the saying "you don't rise to your goals, you fall to your systems?". This is the systtem.

How it works

You: Send a short voicenote each week. Say what happened, what you avoided, and where you slipped.
Your coach: Listens and replies by voice. A real person, not a form or a bot. They remember what you said four weeks ago and will bring it up.
What you get

Clarity: Help working out what you actually want, which is often different from what you first say.
Structure: A fixed weekly check-in.
Accountability: Someone who notices when you don’t follow through.
